XAG Agricultural Drone System Composition

XAG 2023 Agricultural Drone (hereinafter referred to as " drone") is mainly composed of the following parts: Carrier platform (including edge beam, cross beam and arm), Powertrain (power electric control, power motor, propeller, etc.), Electrical system (intelligent overcharging battery, charging manager, mobile overcharging station), GNSS RTK high-precision positioning system (ARC3 Pro Farmland mapper, mobile base station, cloud base station composed of two-handed remote control and differential positioning module), Sensing system (SUPERX4 ® ProFlight control, obstacle avoidance radar, ground vision, PSL vision image), Execution system (RevoSpray system: medicine chest, peristaltic pump, infusion tube, centrifugal nozzle; RealTerra system: RealTerra module; RevoCast system: seed box, auger deceleration group, swing plate motor), operation management monitoring system.

Complete machine structure of the XAG Agricultural Drone

The 2023 agricultural drone fuselage is made of magnesium-aluminum alloy covered with carbon fiber. The whole machine (all modules and structures) has IPX6K three-proof performance and can be washed with water. In addition, the drone is equipped with SUPERX4 ® Pro RTK flight control system. The 3-way parallel IMU and 2 sets of RTK engines are integrated in the same flight control.

The visible parts of the V50 Pro agricultural drone are: Foldable propeller, high-performance motor, steering gear tilting structure, centrifugal nozzle, foldable arm (including hoop), hood, fuselage, obstacle avoidance radar, PSL camera, execution system, flight control, intelligent overcharging battery, etc.

The fuselage of P100 Pro agricultural drone adopts a new folding four-rotor design, which reduces the storage volume by nearly 62% after folding. Transport is no longer difficult, easy loading.

The execution systems of P100 Pro and V50 Pro agricultural drones include RevoSpray, RevoCast and RealTerra systems, which integrate spraying, seeding and mapping.

P100 Pro and V50 Pro agricultural drones are equipped with IPX6K protection and watertight compartment design.The whole body of the equipment can be directly washed by water.
