HD580 Maintenance Recommendations
After each day’s operation, wait for the drone to cool down to normal temperature before performing any cleaning.
1. Cleaning the spraying system:
o Fill the spray tank with clean water or soapy water, then spray it out completely.
Repeat this process three times to ensure proper flushing.
2. Clean the tank filter:
o Remove the filter and clean it thoroughly to prevent clogging.
3. Motor and propeller cleaning:
o If there is dust or pesticide residue, wipe the surfaces with a damp cloth, then dry with a clean dry cloth.
4. Storage:
o Store the drone in a dry environment.
5. Connector cleaning:
o Use 95% alcohol to clean:
o Power distribution board interfaces
o Battery connectors
o Charger-to-battery contact points
Important Notes:
Periodic Maintenance
Every 20 flight hours or every 100 takeoffs/landings:
1. Check propellers:
o Inspect for cracks; replace if any are found.
o If any propeller is loose, replace the propeller and the washer.
2. Inspect plastic and rubber parts:
o Check for aging or degradation and replace if needed.
3. Inspect spray nozzle atomization:
o If atomization is poor, thoroughly clean the centrifugal disc.
o If the problem persists, replace the centrifugal disc.
4. Clean the tank filter.
5. Clean the aircraft body:
o Use a soft brush or damp cloth, then wipe dry with a clean dry cloth.
6. Radar and RTK antenna cleaning:
o Wipe with a damp cloth.
Important Note:
