Warranty Coverage Scope: Examples
Version 1.0

Circumstances Voiding Warranty Coverage
The following circumstances void all warranty coverage, requiring paid repair services:
1. Damage caused by natural disasters including earthquakes, floods, wildfires, etc.
2. Damage resulting from failure to follow User Manual procedures for operation, repair, or maintenance.
3. Damage from human factors, aftermarket modifications, or addition/removal of accessories.
4. Exterior paint/chrome damage, rust on external components, or use of non-genuine parts.
5. Absence of valid purchase invoice, mismatch between airframe serial number and invoice, or altered invoices.
6. Service promises by Party B (agents) exceeding the authorized distributor agreement.
7. Deleted or damaged flight logs preventing valid warranty assessment.
8. Reports of shipping damage or missing parts filed >7 days post-delivery (exceptions require quality incident reports).
9. Damage/missing parts claims after transfer to secondary distributors or end-users.
10. Other exclusions mandated by applicable laws and regulations.
