⚠️ Important Safety Notice for P100pro – ESC Connector Screws

Dear P100pro Users,

Please be aware that the three screws securing the ESC (Electronic Speed Controller)

connections may loosen over time during drone operation.

Once these screws become loose, they can lead to poor electrical contact, which may

generate excessive heat, melt nearby plastic parts, and in severe cases, cause the

connector to detach and short-circuit.

This could result in the drone suddenly crashing during flight.

πŸ”§What You Should Do:

  • Regularly inspect the three ESC connector screws on each drone arm.
  • If any looseness is found, tighten the screws and apply a small amount of red

threadlocker (e.g., Loctite 263) to prevent them from loosening due to vibration.

This is a critical maintenance step to avoid serious damage and ensure safe operation of

your P100pro drone.

Recently, several customers have experienced sudden crashes during flight without any prior warnings or error messages. In some cases, the only notification was a disconnection alert, which actually occurred after the crash. Upon inspection, most of these incidents were found to be caused by ESC (Electronic Speed Controller) failures.

In many of these cases, the root cause was either loose motor mounting screws or loose motor cable connection screws.

We strongly urge all users to thoroughly inspect their drones and ensure that both the motor mounting screws and the motor cable connection screws are properly tightened and secure. Loose screws can lead to abnormal vibrations, unstable power delivery, and ultimately catastrophic failure during flight.
