      Product description

      The 2022 charging manager (model: M2CM2-7000A) adopts a wide voltage, air-cooled design, and has functions such as undervoltage protection, overvoltage protection, overtemperature protection, and fault isolation. It is a high-power charger. During charging, the charging manager will monitor the status information of the battery in real time. When the battery is fully charged, the charging manager will automatically stop charging.

       

      This product is only suitable for B13960S smart battery, other types of smart battery are not suitable.

      Status Indicator


      Red light flashing slowly means the indicator light flashes once every 2 seconds; red light flashing fast means the indicator light flashes once every 0.25

      seconds. When the red light of the charging module flashes slowly, it means that the charging manager is in a low-power charging state. Please check whether the input charging line is too long or too thin.

      The actual charging power of the smart battery is affected by the battery cell temperature: when the battery cell temperature is lower than 5°C or higher than the high temperature protection threshold, the smart battery will stop charging; when the battery cell temperature is 5~15°C, the smart battery is at low temperature. Power charging state; when the temperature of the battery cell is above 15°C and below the high temperature protection threshold, the smart battery is charged normally.

       

      Use the charge manager

      Connect one end of the power cord to the power input port of the charging manager, and the other end to the power socket, and the indicator light ÿ of the charging module of the charging manager and After the battery status indicator ÿ flashes green, the charging manager is started. After the charging manager is started, fix the charging plug with the water cooling box, Put the smart battery into the water cooling box and connect it to the charging plug. Turn on the smart battery to start charging. The connection diagram is as follows:

       

        It is forbidden to plug two power cords into the same power strip to prevent the line from being damaged due to overheating.

      When using the charge manager, the two smart batteries cannot be turned on at the same time, please turn on one of the batteries first, and then turn on the other.

      Before replacing the smart battery, all smart batteries must be turned off before replacement.

      Precautions

      • Please use the national standard 16A socket and charging cable, beware of overheating of the charging line, and ensure that each socket can independently provide 16A capacity.
      • Please keep the connection sockets of the charging manager clean, and avoid metal objects touching the connection sockets.
      • If there is liquid or foreign matter on the charging port, please wipe it clean in time and keep the charging port clean. Otherwise, it will cause poor contact and cause a short circuit of the battery or fail to charge.
      • It is forbidden to place the charge manager outdoors in the sun or in the rain.
      • It is forbidden to use AC power beyond the rated voltage range for charging. Please keep away from inflammable and explosive items when charging, and ensure that there are people on duty during the charging process.
      • If a generator is used as the power supply, please ensure that the generator starts to a stable state before connecting to the charger. It is recommended to use a generator with frequency conversion function, to ensure that the voltage harmonic distortion rate at the generator end is less than 15% during charging.

      • Please use plugs, sockets and power supply lines that match the power. If the power exceeds the rated power value of the device, it may cause the device to catch fire and burn down.

      • When the charging manager is plugged into only one 16A power input line for charging, the charging power is half of the total rated power.

      • If abnormalities or warnings occur during the charging process of the charging manager, the power should be cut off immediately, and the product can be used after testing to confirm that the product is functioning normally.

      • To ensure safe charging, when charging, keep the distance between the battery and the charger, and between the battery and the battery at least 30cm to avoid accidents during charging. heat concentration can lead to charger or battery failure, and even cause serious consequences such as fire.

      • Check the charging interface, plug and other components regularly before daily use. Never use alcohol or other flammable agents to clean the charging device.

      • If the appearance of the charging manager is found to be damaged, please stop using it immediately and contact XAG Technology Service Center in time.

      • Do not use damaged charging equipment. If repair or replacement is required, please contact XAG Technology Service Center in time.

      • It is strictly forbidden to use smart batteries or charging equipment not produced by Jifei Technology for charging, because using smart batteries or charging equipment not produced by Jifei Technology to charge. The user will be responsible for charging accidents, battery failures or other accidents caused by power failure.

      • It is strictly forbidden to modify or dismantle the charge manager without authorization, and the user shall bear the corresponding responsibility for the consequences caused by the modification or disassembly of the charge manager without authorization.

      • After using the charge manager, the charging head should be removed from the battery, and the charge manager and battery should be placed in a safe, clean and cool place.

      • Use of this charge manager at an altitude of more than 3000 meters may result in situations where the product functions cannot be fully realized or satisfied.

      • Do not place heavy objects or pile up debris on the charge manager, and it is strictly forbidden to sit on the charge manager. The charging manager should be charged on flat and cool ground, and is strictly forbidden to charge in closed, high temperature and bumpy conditions. 

      • Keep the Charge Manager away from heat sources when it is idle or working.




        According to the relevant provisions of the standard "GB 9254-2008 Limits and Measurement Methods of Radio Disturbance of Information Technology Equipment", the product in this "Instructions for Use" belongs to "Class A product". In the living environment, this product may cause radio interference. In this case, the user may be required to take practicable measures against the interference.
