1. Is the sprinkler system offline or not mounted?
1) Check whether the aircraft firmware is the latest version;
2) Check whether the connection wires from the load system to the flight controller are loose or not, and have poor contact (301 load pairing wiring), and whether the load system signal line PLD spraying or LAN Ruitu line is plugged in well without damage;
3) Replace other load systems and test to rule out whether the load system itself is faulty.
2. The medicine cabinet is offline?
1) Check whether the residual material detection line and the mounting distribution board are well connected without damage.
2) Observe whether the green light of the medicine box light is flashing or always on . If there is no light on, it means that the power supply of the medicine box module is abnormal. Replace the remaining material detection module to check;
3) If the green light is always on, it means that the medicine box cannot establish communication with the spraying system, and the residual material detection module should be replaced.
4) After replacing the medicine box module, if the green light is still on and offline, you need to check the bill of lading or replace the mounted distribution board for testing
3. The dosage display is inaccurate or it still shows less than 1 liter/3 liters after adding the medicine?
1) Check whether the APP and aircraft firmware are up to date, restart the aircraft and re-open the APP for testing.
2) Check whether the liquid level sensor and the connecting wire are in good contact and not damaged.
4. Is the dosage (medicine) inaccurate for abnormal health values?
● In case of inaccurate dispensing of medicines, the medicine box is empty when returning to the voyage
1) When the drone returns, the medicine box is empty (about 0.5L should be left normally), and the spraying system should be calibrated at this time to make the flow more accurate.
2) The standard value of the pump tube health index is 2.1-2.7. If the health value is abnormal, check whether the peristaltic pump and pump tube are aging or not.
● Situation 2 of inaccurate drug administration
When the drone returns, there is a lot of medicine left in the medicine box (more than 2L)
1) The pump is not accurate, and the spraying system needs to be calibrated to make the flow more accurate.
2) The health value of the double-tube pump is 2.1-2.7. If the health value is abnormal, check whether the peristaltic pump and the pump tube are aging or not.
3) There is air leakage or bending blockage at the connection between the medicine box and the drone.
*Note: The drone needs to be placed on level ground when performing sprinkler system calibration.
5. Abnormal manual spray test?
● Abnormal situation one spray test no response
1) Check if the firmware is the latest version.
2) Check whether the UAV network and APP network are normal, and whether the spraying system is online.
3) Carry out a manual spraying test to confirm that the water pump and sprinkler head work normally and discharge the medicine.
4) Calibrate the two water pumps separately. If only one water pump fails to be calibrated, it is judged that the water pump that failed to be calibrated or the communication link of the water pump is abnormal;
If calibration of both pumps fails, there may be an abnormality in the tank sensor or in both pumps.
● Abnormal situation 2 During the spraying test, the spraying is uneven and the drug is less
1) Check whether there are broken tubes or compressed tubes in the liquid medicine delivery pipeline (machine arm, spray boom).
2) Check whether there are foreign objects in the spray plate.
3) Failure to clean the drug tube after spraying in the early stage leads to clogging of pesticide residues
6. Peristaltic pump failure
● Abnormal situation one pump motor is offline
1) Check whether the water pump line is in good condition and not damaged;
2) Check whether the mount distribution board (302 executive system line) and the aircraft connection line (301 load pairing line) are plugged in well without damage.
● Abnormal situation The motor speed of the second pump is abnormal
1) The speed of the pump motor is abnormal, check whether the pump line is in good condition and not damaged;
2) Check whether the mount distribution board (302 executive system line) and the aircraft connection line (301 load pairing line) are plugged in well without damage;
3) If it cannot be solved, please check the bill of lading.
7. The nozzle is abnormal
● Abnormal situation one print head is offline (manual test rotation does not respond)
1) Check whether the connecting wires at both ends of the shut-off valve are in good condition and not damaged.
2) Check whether the spraying line and the hub board of the center bin are well connected.
3) Check whether the shut-off valve and the spray line are well connected.
4) (assuming that the S2 nozzle is faulty) exchange the S1 and S2 nozzles, if the app still prompts that the S2 nozzle is offline, you need to check or replace the S2 shut-off valve or the spray line;
If the app prompts that the S1 nozzle motor is offline, you need to check or replace the S1 nozzle at this time.
● Abnormal situation 2: The speed of the nozzle motor is abnormal
1) Check whether the connecting wires at both ends of the shut-off valve are in good condition and not damaged.
2) Check whether the spraying line and the hub board of the center bin are well connected.
3) Check whether the shut-off valve and the spray line are well connected.
4) Check whether there is any foreign matter on the spray plate that causes the card to rotate, and clean up the foreign matter
5) Exchange the S1 and S2 nozzles (assuming the S2 nozzle is faulty), if the app still prompts that the S2 nozzle is offline, you need to check or replace the S2 shut-off valve or the spray line;
If the app prompts that the S1 nozzle motor is offline, you need to check or replace the S1 nozzle at this time.
